Development @ Rhode Island Avenue Station

Wow, more happy development news! So I might be a little late on this, but apparently, there are plans for a massive redevelopment of the Rhode Island Avenue NE Station, including retail (Hello, Express and BCBG), cafes, bars, restaurants, and apartment buildings. Other businesses going in are Starbucks, CVS, and a pizza place, among others. Here's the retail site plan:

Although this is a little left of Bloomingdale, it's not far and I find myself around this area quite often, as I prefer this Giant to the chaotic one on P Street and Home Depot is usually a necessary monthly trip.
